Valentines with Megs: Date Ideas!

Hey guys so I today I am continuing with my mini series ValentineswithMegs with some date places/ideas. I am super excited for this post and I hope you enjoy it!

1.  Your favorite restaurant!- Talk it through with your special someone and go to your favorite place to eat.

2. Go to where you two became a thing!- Whether it is in front of your school or at a park go and relive the moment! Make sure you take some pictures too!

3. Go to special place for a picnic!- Romance and quality time! That is what the day is aabout after all.

4. Memory Walk!- I have seen this idea on Twitter so many times! You and your special someone think of some of the places you have had your biggest moments (where you met, first date, first kiss, etc..) and take a picture at every place. This is super special and a small walk down memory lane.

5. Couple Photoshoot!- If you have as many photographers in your area as I do, one of them is bound to be offering couple shoot before or on Valentine's Day!  Some of the shoots I have seen on Instagram and Twitter have been absolutely adorable so take advantage!

Remember Valentine's Day is for you two to enjoy each other. Don't try to please everyone! Just have fun and be the people the other fell for.

I hope you enjoyed this post and before I sign off I want to introduce you to the new sidebar on the blog! There is a section on top for my social media and on the bottom there is a subscribe button so that you get messages whenever I post! (If you aren't seeing the buttons try logging in on your computer!) So please follow me on social media and subscribe to the blog so you never miss a post! Also there is a way to comment below every post! Please comment so that I can interact with you guys!

Snowstorm Jonas!

So if you live in the US you are getting hit by Snowstorm Jonas and you are like me you are enjoying every second of it. Even though I just started a mini series I thought I would share some fun acivities to do in the snow.

1. Build a Snowman- Maybe name him Olaf or maybe make an entire snow family.

2. Snowball Fight- Get your nighbors and friends or even just your friends to have a snowball fight.

3. Snow Angels- I feel like you have to have made a snow angel to have a successful childhood. Maybe because I am from the East Coast maybe because I love snow.

4. Sledding- Nothing more fun than sliding down a hill super fast am I right

5. Drink Hot Chocolate- It is my favorite drink so of course I have to have some with marshmellows.

A quick but fun way to spend snowy days. But while you are having fun make sure you stay safe and warm! If you go out and do anything fun in the snow send it to me using #snowwithmegs so I can see and some of my pictures are below and I even got my friend Abbie in the mix!.

New Mini Series!

So since it is February and Valentine's Day are just around the corner I thought I would do another mini-series called #valentineswithMegs ! To start off the series I thought I would start off with my top 5 Valentine's Day gifts!

1. Chocolate!- Chocolate is a good go to if you are just trading with friends or if you haven't been with your special someone for a long time.

2. Stuffed animals!- cute little bears and puppies are definitely a cute gift for your friend or special someone.

3. Make a playlist!- Maybe you and that best friend or special someone have a list of favorite songs that have special meaning to you. Put them in a playlist that can be played anywhere.

4. Frame a picture!- Some of my favorite presents are pictures that have been framed and been given to me. So pick your favorite picture of you two and pick a nice frame.

5. Plan a special date!- favorite restaurants or favorite places to go are perfect for Valentine's Day. A special time for you two is a great gift.

A short list but you can always be creative and if you and your valentine have something special you like to do that's always another option. The day is about being with that person you love or having fun with friends.

If you have other gift ideas that I didn't think of or you are excited for this mini series and there is something you wanna know about feel free to tweet me using the #valentineswithMegs

I hope this post helped you a little bit and you enjoyed it! I will be back soon!

Sweeble App Review

Happy New Year everyone! I hope the new year is treating you well! To start off the New Year I wanted to introduce you to the app Sweeble.

This app is basically like Instagram. You can share picture but the liking feature is unique. Instead of just liking and move on you can hold the picture to show how much you like it. The longer you hold the picture the more time you like it. It makes it much more personal in my opinion.I give this app 4 stars though because they are still working out the kinks in this app but I still highly recommend it.

I definitely recommend this app. It is a new app that not a lot of people use but it is fun to use! If you do make an account please follow me @mpoff and start sharing your picures!

If you have an app you want me to look at of review please send it to me on Twitter and I will look into it but for now I hope your year continues to surprise you and I will be back soon!
